Guest Posts about the Hows and Whys of Sensory Play
This summer I have been lucky to host a series of guest posts from some wonderful bloggers. These have been very popular posts – the ideas are lots of fun. Make sure you visit the guest poster’s blog if you’re looking for playful activities and ideas!
Over the next couple weeks I’ll be sharing four more of these sensory activity posts while I’m out of town. Find the entire list below!
Just Remember – These are just a jumping off point, no pressure! As Rebekah from The Golden Gleam mentioned to me the other day:
…I had never heard of sensory trays until I started blogging. As long as a child has a lot of exposure to nature and parks, she probably gets all the sources of sensory input needed.
That being said, I love trying out these activities and I think you will too. Sensory activities give us one more tool in our parenting tool box!
