After an exhausting couple months I think I am finally surfacing from the cloudy haze of the first trimester of pregnancy. Phew! With two little ones already the mess (the laundry! Oh My!) has really built up. So now that I can do more than lay on the couch whilst being climbed upon and begging for a nap I have been trying to get caught up around the house. I recognize my kitchen again and welcome the return of energy so that I can get into organizing and purging. Welcome nesting instinct- I am happy to have you as this home could use some decluttering, clearing out and cleaning up.
We got to hear the baby’s heartbeat yesterday when the midwife came over. She had her two year old with her and it was SO sweet to see three little faces peering in listening intently for the baby.
They had to help with the blood pressure cuff too, of course. My husband did take them into the other room for blood draws though- pointy object needed no help from these guys.
