On September 10th I had a quick and gentle home birth.
Azalea was born at 12:38 in the afternoon- I didn’t even have to stay up all night in labor! It was amazing as I wound up only feeling like I had about half an hour of hard labor. She was ready to be here!
Her big brothers are loving having a little sister. My favorite thing with them so far is the snuggles in the morning. each day I’m greeted by one or the other of the boys coming into my room, “Can I say hi to Azalea? Can I snuggle her?”
